Please check the followings :
- Check the ‘low battery indication’
- Try operating the remote with raised hand or from a height
- Try going a little closer to the controller
- If the problem still persist call customer care
Overrun : If the pump draws 20% more current that the rated current it is called overrun
Underun : if the pump draws 20% less current than the rated current it is called underrun
If enabled the pump automatically stops running if overrun and underrun conditions occurs.
Note: To enable/disable the overrun/underrun protection feature, contact distributor or customer care.
You may need to buy another remote.

Yes, you can have multiple remotes for single pump controller.

If the underrun/overrun protection feature was already enabled in the old installation then the controller needs to be re-calibrated. In that case you may need to call the distributor or customer care.
If the underrun/overrun protection feature was NOT enabled then you can re-install the controller with the new pump without any change.
No, the remote and the controller work in pair. So only the remote that came with the controller can control the pump.
Yes, you can always control the pump with the manual ON/OFF switches even after the
Varun system is installed.
