5. Shipping Policy

purchase.
● Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and
the courier partner.
● Customers will receive a tracking link once the order is shipped.
● Dyulabs is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances
beyond our control.
● Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid delivery
issues.

6. Return and Refund Policy

● Customers may request a return only for defective or damaged products within 7
days of delivery.

● Refund for Returns: Once the return is approved and the product is received at our
facility, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original
payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment
provider.
● Cancellation Before Dispatch: If the customer has already paid and wishes to cancel
the order before it has been dispatched, the refund will be processed within 48
hours and is expected to reflect in the original payment method within 7 days.

7. Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration: 2 Years Replacement Warranty from the Date of Purchase*
(Terms and Conditions Apply)

Coverage:

This warranty applies only to the Varun Controller and Varun Remote Handset.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced within the warranty period,
subject to inspection and approval by the company.
Exclusions:
● The warranty does not cover any external or physical damage, mishandling, or damage
caused by improper installation, electrical fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.
● The warranty does not extend to any additional components or accessories supplied
with the product, including but not limited to the antenna, 2AA batteries, relay, starter,
wiring, or any other materials apart from the Varun Controller and Remote Handset.
● Warranty will be void if the product shows signs of physical damage, tampering, or
modification.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dyulabs will not be responsible for any indirect, accidental, or consequential losses or damages
resulting from the use of our products or services, or if they are unable to be used.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad,
