Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Dyulabs does not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
  • Instead, we provide support through our warranty and replacement policy for eligible products.

Warranty Coverage

  • Products Covered:

    1. Varun Controller
    2. Varun Remote
  • Warranty Period:

    1. 2-Year Replacement Warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty Includes:

    1. Free replacement in case of production or manufacturing defects.
    2. No charges will apply if the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue.
  • Warranty Does Not Cover:

    1. Physical damage or external damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or improper usage.
    2. Additional items included in the package such as antenna, 2 AA batteries, relay, starter, or any other accessories.
    3. Any service required for reasons other than a production defect (in such cases, a minimal service fee will be charged).
  • Warranty Void:

    1. If the Varun Controller or Varun Remote has been physically damaged, tampered with, or modified.

Replacement Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
  2. Our team will verify whether the issue falls under the warranty coverage.
  3. If approved, Dyulabs will arrange a free replacement of the defective product.
  4. If the issue is not related to a production defect, our team will inform you about applicable minimal service charges before proceeding.
